Dagmar Kolesarova is an internationally certified coach at the ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, one of the higher professional coaching credentials recognized globally by the International Coaching Federation.

Achieving this certification requires extensive professional coaching experience, advanced specialized training, and demonstrated ability to support clients in creating deep and lasting change. In Slovakia, only a relatively small percentage of professional coaches hold this level of certification, placing Dagmar among the senior professionals in leadership coaching.

Dagmar brings more than 20 years of professional experience, including work in international corporate environments where she participated in global projects and led teams. This background enables her to deeply understand the reality of executive leadership, the complexity of organizations, and the real challenges leaders face when making strategic decisions and managing people.

She is also a certified practitioner of psychometric leadership assessment tools and integrates principles of behavioral change, systemic thinking, and professional coaching in her work. The systemic approach represents one of her core areas of expertise, enabling leaders and organizations to identify deeper patterns influencing behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics, and to create sustainable long-term change.

Dagmar Kolesarova is recognized as a senior leadership coach in the region, combining international certification, corporate leadership experience, and deep expertise in systemic leadership development — an approach widely considered one of the most advanced methods for developing leadership.

She is known for her ability to identify hidden patterns that influence leadership behavior, decision-making, and team performance, and for supporting leaders in developing natural authority, stability, and effective leadership.

On selected projects, Dagmar collaborates with Roman Kolesar, an external consultant, certified coach, and Lumina Spark® consultant with more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and organizational leadership. This collaboration brings a unique combination of leadership development and real-world business experience.
